This southern sweetheart was born and raised in Florence, South Carolina where she began singing as a tiny tot in her church’s sunbeam choir. She feels that she got her singing pipes from both sides of her family. She admires her Aunt “Pie” who performed with the legendary Niles Rodgers and the band Chic. Bloom states, “Even though I was from a small town, I knew that singing for a living was possible since I saw firsthand how my Aunt made it to the bright lights and the television screen. She made me feel like I could make it too!” Bloom has been making her living as a professional singer since 2012. She has traveled all over the United States and internationally singing with various bands and artists. Since his first professional tour with "Sister Sledge" in the spring of 1980, to hanging out with his writing/production mentor, the late great Raymond Jones of the group "Chic" and "Spike Lee" soundtrack fame, to singing and touring with the world famous "Platters", this seasoned singer, songwriter,music (and film) producer, author, actor, impressionist, minister and business owner has traveled the world, performing on every continent except Australia. To date, he has produced multiple projects for himself and major Japanese artists, during his 13 year stay in Japan and done numerous voice overs and tv commercials there. Nat George is chief executive officer of the Windsong Music Group. He is a singer, songwriter, producer, playwrite, and bandleader. Nat is the writer and star of “A Change ‘Gon Come – The Sam Cooke Story”. He began his recording career at CBS records with the legendary Stax Records recording artist, William Bell as his manager. After five years with CBS records, Nat moved his talents Macola Records of California. He became label mates with Club Nouveau and the Beastie Boys. In 1990, Nat began Windsong Records. He has recorded four CDs and two live DVDs for the label. His latest project is a Christmas CD entitled, “When Snow Falls – A Nat George Christmas” released November 2011. Nat now tours the country performing R&B, Jazz, and Gospel music. He also tours with The Sam Cooke Story as Sam Cooke. Nat has become the most sought after male R&B/Jazz vocalist in the Southeast.
